During the Digital Shaper Program we created a web-app called "Aloha!" which is Hawaiian for Hello. The application is based on new frameworks such as ReactJS, MongoDB, NodeJS and Express.js.
Before the Covid pandemic I did my first mobile UI and logo designs with the help of Adobe XD and Illustrator. After conducting street interviews and online research, I created an interactive MVP to test our idea on real users.

Connecting with people is hard, even more in the middle of a global pandemic. Instead of sitting inside and having long conversations via chat, you can meet new people while walking around a nearby lake. The German part of the international organization Engineers without Borders arranges challenges for students to come up with ideas and prototypes for local problems in developing countries. In the 2020/2021 challenge we as a team developed new ways of transporting biomass in the country of Nepal. A typical production worker spends his/her major working hours sitting or standing at his/her workplace. Hence the workplace must be very suitable and ergonomic for him/her and adapted to the tasks. It can be tricky... organizing a joyful party night . The desired nightclub is closed or fully booked, the friends are arriving at the wrong place or other obstacles are quite common. Currently, I'm studying M.S. Human-Computer Interaction at Georgia Institute of Technology in the USA. Before that I studied B.S. Industrial Engineering and Business Management at NORDAKADEMIE in Germany. I also enjoyed working at Airbus (the European aircraft manufacturer).
In not pandemic times I go to the gym 💪🏻 every week and in summer time I like to play beach volleyball 🏐 or go windsurfing 🏄🏼. Regardless of the weather or time I am an avid filmmaker 🎞 and photographer 📸. I also love to camp 🏕 and going on hikes to feel the nature 🌱.
